• Account details such as your name, email address, login provider details, and profile information.
• Phone numbers and contact details that you add for guests, contributors, team members, or event contacts.
• Event data you create, including event names, dates, times, locations, guest lists, gifts, room details, menus, notes, and feedback.
• Photos you upload in connection with gifts or other app features.
• Technical and service-related information required to operate authentication, storage, and syncing.
• Advertising-related identifiers or data if ads are displayed through supported ad services.

How we use information

• To create and maintain your account.
• To provide event planning, guest management, gifts, room allocation, contact sharing, and related app functionality.
• To sync your data across supported devices and sessions.
• To let you share invite links, guest data, team access, and event information where you choose to do so.
• To improve reliability, security, and fraud prevention.
• To show ads, where ads are enabled.

Authentication and backend services

eventise uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, to help provide sign-in, data storage, and synchronization features. These services may process your data on our behalf to support the app.

Ads

eventise may display ads through supported advertising services. When ads are enabled, advertising providers may process device or other identifiers and related technical information in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.

Data sharing

eventise does not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only where necessary to provide the service, such as with infrastructure, authentication, database, hosting, analytics, or advertising providers used by the app, or when you intentionally share information through app features.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce policies. Some backup or security records may remain for a limited retention period before deletion.

Your choices

• You may update or remove certain information within the app.

Children's privacy

eventise is not intended primarily for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.
